TRANSFORM will innovate crop rotations, in co-creation with farmers, that meet the needs of stakeholders and society for adaptation of agriculture to climate change. Our work involves developing stakeholder visualisation and planning methods and tools that forecast the economic, environmental and agronomic effects of currently used and future innovative crop rotations so that all stakeholders are empowered to express their needs and play a role in shaping a sustainable future for farming.
