PCP WISE is a three-year EU-funded project developing innovative Earth Observation-based solutions to strengthen climate resilience and water management across Europe. Bringing together 12 public buyers and 14 supporting partners from nine countries, the project uses pre-commercial procurement to co-develop and test solutions addressing floods, droughts, heat stress and water-balance challenges in urban and rural areas. Through a three-phase competitive process progressing from solution design to prototype development and real-life validation, PCP WISE aims to deliver scalable water intelligence services that meet shared public-sector needs that the current market does not meet.
