GRACE is a Horizon Europe-funded project testing climate change solutions in Europe’s remote rural areas, strengthening local communities’ capacity to lead their own resilience journey. Our goals are to co-design practical, locally adapted climate adaptation solutions, prioritizing NbS; strengthen local skills, knowledge, and institutions; and help communities take the lead in their own climate actions.
